Good words or many words

It’s a trouble I always have. Do I write slow and nice, or fast and bad? Actually I seem to have no choice in the matter when it comes to my fiction. I have to write slow and as good as I can. I try to spew words out sometimes but I get a thousand or so and then go back over them and over them and fix them up until I move on. So be it!
