Well I posted this story yesterday, and forgot to make this explanatory blog post. Basically I wanted a story to write that I didn’t have to take too seriously and could have fun with, something that I could always be writing, even when I didn’t have any ideas for serious things. Mainly it was something for me to write so that I’d never have an excuse not to write. I plan it to be a sort of episodic adventure series, with recurring characters and a continuous story line.
So far the characters are pretty thin, but hey, it’s early! I envisioned Jack as sort of a mash-up of  Zapp Brannigan, Bruce Campbell and Zaphod Beeblebrox… a deadly combination to be sure. Shrim I’m not too sure about, other than his psychological problems, which will become more apparent later. I’m having fun writing it, so I hope you enjoy it! Stay tuned for more đŸ™‚
